walking the neighborhood this morning

Sunrise

I adopted a 10 year old dog shortly after Christmas.  I have since then gotten into the habit of taking the dog for walks during the early morning. During the winter, those walks could be frigid, dreary and dark, oh weh!  However, I quite enjoy the early morning walks, especially if I manage walk at just the right time to catch the sun rising over the horizon.  This photo was taking just this morning.  The doggy clearly was equally impressed.  He tinkled on the  grass in obvious delight.
Anyway, here is a photo of my dog with my 16 year old cat taken at night.
(This blog update should last me for the next couple of years, gell?)

Felix? Does he have a bag of tricks?

It's wonderful to see you on the air, almost as beautiful as that view you posted.

Of course, Felix has a bag of tricks, dearest X.Dell. He is a cat after all.
Yeah, I might put more time back into this place. You know, post the occasional photo and write nonsense about it.

"Schbeiderledds" - wart' nur, irgendwas werd' ich schon finden that sends you running for the hills screaming.
Actually I had nightmares about spiders coming out of my arm - shortly after the encounter with that monster something bite me in my right arm in my sleep, but it thankfully healed without spiders munching through my biceps ...

Spiders aside I hope You are well. New schoolyear, new kids, hopefully no more storm throwing trees !
